iMessage

Follow up in blue bubbles

Text leads over iMessage from a dedicated line, with voice notes and tapbacks, in the same place your reps call from. No 10DLC registration needed.

Conversations

Texts that read like a person, not a campaign.

Reps send iMessages from the lead’s Messages tab or the Inbox, with the features your prospects already use with friends.

  • Voice notes

Record in the browser and send. Voice notes from leads play right in the thread.

  • Tapbacks

React with love, like, dislike, laugh, emphasis or a question, and see the lead’s reactions too.

  • Typing and read, on their side

When a lead has just messaged, they see you typing and when you have read it.

  • Retry when a send fails

Failed messages show the reason and a Retry button.

Dedicated lines

A line with your name on it.

Each iMessage line has its own number from the US, the UK or Australia, and shows leads the name and photo you choose.

  • US, UK and Australian numbers

US lines can pick a local area code by zip code.

  • Start the conversation

Message leads who have not texted you yet, within each line’s daily and monthly limits.

  • Shared across the team

Show a line in every workspace, or only in the ones you choose.

  • An opt-out line when you want one

Admins decide when it is added, and reps can skip it on a single message.

One inbox

iMessage and SMS, in one inbox.

Every conversation lands in the Inbox and on the lead, so a rep on a call sees the whole thread.

  • Inbox and lead sidebar

Reps read and reply in the Inbox, or in the Messages tab while they call.

  • New conversations become warm leads

A message from an unknown number creates a warm lead, and a reply marks a known lead warm unless it is already further along.
