Cold calling
More dials don’t always mean more conversations.
Your reps shouldn’t waste time managing calling lists, dialing numbers unlikely to answer, or dealing with spam-flagged caller IDs. Lead Hero handles the work behind every call.

Pickup-intent scoring
Know who’s likely to pick up before anyone dials.
Upload a US list and every mobile number comes back with one of eight phone intent statuses, from Likely Right-Party Answer to Likely Wrong Number.
Upload a CSV, a spreadsheet or pasted numbers
100 to 250,000 US numbers per upload. Numbers you already validated are skipped.
Results in 1 to 2 business days
You get an email when the list is done, and the results breakdown counts every status.
Right-party matches are marked
Upload names with the numbers and the status also tells you when a number likely belongs to that person.

Sorted for your reps
Reps start with the likely answers.
Save the scored leads straight into three folders, or keep them in one folder with the status on every lead.
One folder per likelihood
Likely to Answer, Needs Review and Unlikely / Invalid, each saved to a folder you choose.
The status stays on the lead
Phone Intent Status shows in the leads table and in the lead sidebar.
Check the scores against your calls
Analytics shows the human connect rate of your cold calls for each phone intent status.
Tiers 1-2: Likely Right-Party Answer or Likely Answer. Most likely to pick up.
| Name | Phone Intent Status |
|---|---|
Priya Raman Oakline Roofing | Likely Right-Party Answer |
Marcus Hale Bluebird Dental | Likely Answer |
Elena Ortiz Crestline HVAC | Likely Right-Party Answer |
Tom Becker Harbor Logistics | Likely Answer |

Local caller ID
Call from a local number.
Each call goes out from the number the lead saw last time, or from your number with the closest area code.
The same number on follow-up calls
If the number a lead was last called from is still active and not resting, Lead Hero uses it again.
The closest area code otherwise
New leads are called from your number nearest to their area code.
Resting numbers are skipped
Numbers in a cool-down are left out until they are ready again.

Spam protection
Stay off Spam Likely.
Number Guard watches your caller IDs, and Lead Hero rests or swaps the ones that start to slip.
Number Guard checks every weekday (US and Canada)
Numbers you turn it on for are checked against carrier and app spam databases and FTC complaints.
Automatic resting
Overused or low-pickup numbers rest on their own before they burn.
One-switch auto-swap
Switch it on and numbers flagged as spam are replaced, in the same area code when one is available.
